We regularly carry out hull and niche area inspections for condition and fouling level, or MPI inspections for newly arrived vessels at ports all over New Zealand. We have live CCTV video feed and can also provide still and video footage.

Propeller & Thruster Clearance

CDS offer a 24-hour callout as we know how essential it can be to determine any issues as fast as could be expected under the circumstances. From fundamental prop clearance to evacuating a bow thruster grate, expelling any debris, and replacing the grill, CDS can be on site asap.

Anode Replacement

CDS can fit any type of anode in water to save on dry docking costs.

Discharge & Intake Blanking

CDS have a variety of standard size and custom built bungs and coffer dams to blank off any inlet or outlet to enable ship’s engineers to undertake repair works without the need for dry dock.
